Naked NVC
Did you ever notice that you can have lots of thoughts floating by ...but its only the ones that you decide to entertain or give your attention to that come alive? Once alive.. they can generate a whole boatload to new thoughts very quickly…of which you can again decide whether to give your attention to… or not!
take a judging blaming thought and plant it... it proliferates with justifications... you entertain those... accelerated proliferations... angry ain't too pretty!
unlump that thought to see the underlying cherished unmet needs... embrace that... more compassionate possibilities arise... pretty soon you have a fountain of life!
